Unless otherwise noted, every single illustration on this site was hand-drawn and lovingly crafted by Erin Weible of Loveland Design Co. That means we own the exclusive copyright and licensing to all artwork—like a proud parent of each creation!
Licensing: Let’s Make Some Magic (the Legal Kind)
Loveland Design Co. creates illustrations that are joyful, whimsical, and full of heart—and we want to make sure they’re used in ways that keep the magic alive!

Personal vs. Commercial Use: If you’ve licensed an illustration for personal use, go ahead—print it, frame it, wallpaper your office with it (okay, maybe check with your landlord first). If you’d like to use it for business, marketing, or products for sale, a commercial license is required.

Custom Illustrations: If you’ve commissioned a custom illustration, congratulations! You have a one-of-a-kind piece of art. However, Loveland Design Co. retains copyright ownership, meaning you can use it as agreed upon, but it can’t be resold or altered without permission.

No Funny Business: Illustrations may not be copied, traced, edited, resold, or used in AI-generated projects. Basically, be cool—respect the art!

By working with Loveland Design Co., you’re agreeing to the following terms (no secret handshakes required):

Exclusive Ownership: All illustrations—custom or otherwise—remain the intellectual property of Erin Weible / Loveland Design Co. Unless explicitly stated, purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.

Payments & Refunds: Due to the nature of digital artwork, all sales are final. If something isn't quite right with a custom project, we’ll work together to make it perfect!

Credit Where Credit’s Due: If you share our illustrations online, we’d love a shoutout! Tag @LovelandDesignCo so we can do a little happy dance.
The ‘Just in Case’ Clause: We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. (Because even illustrators need to stay on top of the legal stuff!)
